Job summary

Morgan Stanley at Work is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager for the U.S. Public Equity Solutions group. You will oversee stock plan onboarding for corporate clients, build strong relationships across teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results across multiple projects.

The role requires 2+ years in stock plan benefits or financial services, client engagement with Fortune 500 firms, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in stock plan benefits and/or financial services
• Strong client engagement with Fortune 500s
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or similar field
• PMP Certification or actively pursuing it
• Certified Equity Professional designation preferred
• Deep knowledge of Equity Compensation
• Brokerage industry knowledge preferred
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Leadership demonstrated with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with equity plan administration software and related tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned corporate clients during onboarding.
• Define project requirements and timelines with clients and internal teams.
• Lead scoping, gather requirements, and coordinate with technical specialists or development teams.
• Set goals, assign tasks, and manage multiple requests with minimal direction.
• Enforce project schedules, deadlines and quality standards.
• Lead project reviews and communicate risks and status to stakeholders.
• Provide regular status reports to managers, executives, and clients.
• Audit data and drive corrective actions to maintain standards.
