Job summary

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in equity compensation or related fields, strong project management skills, and experience with REST APIs and SFTP interfaces, with willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in equity compensation administration, payroll, or related experience.
• Experience with REST API integrations and/or SFTP-based interfaces.
• Customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify risks and propose action plans.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• CEP Level 1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as integration SME for automated inbound/outbound feeds supporting employee stock plan administration.
• Apply knowledge of equity compensation concepts to ensure integrations meet operational needs.
• Provide project management support and leadership, manage milestones and status updates.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and issue logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements.
• Coordinate and support integration testing; identify risks.
• Work with payroll, HR, finance and IT to implement automated solutions.
• Manage third-party engagements with client base.
