Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager within the Morgan Stanley at Work group in the U.S. Public Equity Solutions team. You will lead end-to-end onboarding for corporate clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of stock plan administration services and related offerings.

Candidates should have 2+ years in stock plan benefits, a business/finance degree, and strong communication and leadership skills. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in stock plan benefits or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or similar field is preferred.
• Certifications (PMP, Certified Equity Professional) are strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Equity Compensation and brokerage industry.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end onboarding projects for corporate clients.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate across internal stakeholders.
• Gather requirements, set timelines and manage multiple requests.
• Enforce schedules, conduct project reviews and assess risks.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and effective relationship management.
