Job summary

Morgan Stanley at Work seeks an Onboarding Project Manager in the U.S. Public Equity Solutions group to lead end-to-end onboarding for corporate clients and manage multi-project portfolios with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with internal teams, define requirements, and drive timelines while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across the organization. Experience in equity compensation and brokerage industries is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in stock plan benefits or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred.
• PMP certification or in progress.
• Certified Equity Professional designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of equity compensation and brokerage industry.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding projects for corporate clients.
• Serve as primary client contact during onboarding, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Gather requirements, scope projects, and drive timelines and milestones.
• Enforce schedules, lead project reviews, and report progress to management and clients.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
