Job summary

Morgan Stanley at Work is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to lead end-to-end client onboarding for U.S. Public Equity Solutions. You will manage multi-project delivery, coordinate requirements with internal teams and maintain high client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will build strong relationships, oversee timelines, and ensure accurate execution of stock plan administration initiatives while leveraging tools like Shareworks and Equity Edge Online.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or similar field is preferred.
• PMP Certification or in process of completion is preferred.
• Certified Equity Professional designation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of Client Onboarding projects.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned corporate clients during onboarding.
• Coordinate requirements, timelines and scope between clients and internal teams.
• Enforce project schedules and manage multiple requests.
