Job summary

Morgan Stanley at Work seeks a Manager, Client Services to lead and develop a team of Client Service Managers and equity compensation professionals delivering stock plan administration for corporate clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach associates, manage client issues, and coordinate with Operations, Product, Compliance and Legal to ensure top-tier service and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in equity compensation administration or stock plan services.
• Experience leading, coaching and mentoring associates.
• Strong knowledge of stock plan administration processes and client service delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated communication, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Client Service Managers delivering stock plan administration services.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to ensure timely, accurate client service.
• Escalate and resolve complex client issues and high-risk matters.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality equity compensation support.
• Monitor service quality, coverage and adherence to policies and controls.
• Participate in client meetings and executive reviews as needed.
• Promote accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
