Job summary

Principal International is seeking an Associate Client Documents & Systems Analyst to onboard new non-qualified plans and update existing plans on Principal's recordkeeping platform. You will create and revise plan documents and ensure contracts are properly reflected across systems, enabling accurate enrollment experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in onboarding, insurance, financial services, or comparable functions.
• 1+ years of related non-qualified experience, preferably within Principal.
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and Salesforce.
• Extensive knowledge of non-qualified plans, terminology, contract documents, manuals and procedures.
• Advanced business unity knowledge and technical skills of non-qualified products and regulations.
• Experience analyzing and communicating impact of non-qualified plan provisions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new non-qualified plans and implement changes on Principal's recordkeeping platform.
• Create and revise plan documents with required language and attachments for proper setup.
• Analyze impact of plan provisions on overall structure and administration.
• Identify operational efficiencies and maintain process documentation for onboarding.
• Provide guidance to onboarding and service managers to meet deliverables on schedule.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the record-keeping system, contracts, services, and documents.
