Job summary

Principal Global Investors seeks an Associate Client Documents & Systems Analyst to onboard new non-qualified plans and implement changes to existing plans. You will create and revise plan documents on Principal's recordkeeping platform and support onboarding strategically with internal partners.

You will partner with managers and teams to ensure timely, accurate plan setups, enrollments, and documentation, while optimizing processes and maintaining quality assurance across the onboarding

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional onboarding, insurance, or financial services experience.
• 1+ years of non-qualified experience, preferably within Principal.
• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and contract documents.
• Advanced knowledge of non-qualified products and regulations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with onboarding managers and internal teams to create smooth onboarding or updates for non-qualified plans.
• Analyze and communicate the impact of plan provisions on administration.
• Identify operational improvements and maintain documentation.
• Guide managers on client information needed to create or revise documents.
• Mentor teammates and provide technical assistance across roles.
• Maintain knowledge of the record-keeping system and involved documents.
