Fortidia is seeking an Onboarding Partner - New Center Opening & Training Specialist to transform newly constructed locations into fully operational Print and Shipping Centers. You will work closely with new franchise owners to launch operations, train staff, and coach business processes.

The role involves extensive field travel (up to 75%) across the United States and headquarters-based duties such as owner training programs and refining onboarding materials.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site setup and operational launch of new Print and Shipping Centers.
• Provide hands-on training for new owners and staff in POS systems, printing equipment, and production workflow.
• Ensure centers comply with corporate guidelines, brand standards, and safety requirements.
• Deliver corporate training programs for new owners and operators and improve onboarding materials.
