Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, onboarding coordination, or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding from offer acceptance to first day.
• Plan and facilitate New Employee Orientation sessions with logistics and materials.
• Serve as primary contact for new hires, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Maintain onboarding SOPs, templates, and training materials.
• Become expert in Jobvite Onboarded to track activities and records.
