Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support management of a high profile customer with hiring and administrative duties. You will assist with pre-assignment requirements, collect documents, validate certifications, and support screening and interviewing activities as needed.

The role is full-time with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour and weekly pay, offering opportunities for growth within a leading facilities services provider.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of administrative, HR onboarding, or classroom instruction experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
• Strong organizational, consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct New Employee Orientation sessions.
• Work with Project Manager to support location hiring needs.
• Utilize iCIMS to process new applicants.
• Schedule and interview prospective employees.
• Schedule and maintain an orientation schedule.
• Attend recruitment activities with Regional Recruiter as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local recruitment locations.
• Assist with applicant tracking and with generating hiring reports.
• Manage WinTeam entry and new hire data.
• Print badges for new hire employees.
• Coordinate with Payroll on changes; answer questions.
• Process weekly reports for account management.
