$35,000.00/yr - $40,000.00/yr

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Onboarding Manager to lead the new hire onboarding process for our growing organization. This fully remote position is perfect for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys ensuring new employees have a seamless onboarding experience.

Position Overview:

As the Onboarding Manager, you will oversee the entire new hire onboarding process, from offer acceptance through the first days of employment. Your goal will be to create a smooth, welcoming, and efficient experience for new hires while ensuring compliance with company policies. You will collaborate with HR, recruiting, and department managers to maintain a streamlined process that supports our rapidly growing network.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new hires, ensuring all steps are completed in a timely manner.
  2. Guide new employees through the onboarding process, providing support and answering questions.
  3. Process and track new hire paperwork, ensuring all documents are accurately completed and filed.
  4. Maintain and improve onboarding workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  5. Serve as a liaison between new hires, HR, and department managers to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  6. Conduct onboarding check-ins with new employees to ensure engagement and address any concerns.
  7. Track and maintain onboarding data, providing insights and reporting to leadership as needed.
  8. Assist in the development of onboarding materials, training resources, and best practices to enhance the process.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field).
  2. Experience:
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or talent acquisition.
  4. Preference for experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA therapy settings.
  5. Skills:
  6. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HR/onboarding software.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
  10. Comfortable managing multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
