Join Clipboard Health as an Onboarding Expert to facilitate the integration of healthcare professionals into the workforce. You'll engage with professionals through supportive calls and consultations, ensuring they feel confident and prepared for success. At Clipboard Health, we're on a mission to fix healthcare staffing. We connect nurses and other healthcare professionals with the facilities that need them—fast, fairly, and flexibly. And none of that happens without you.
As an Onboarding Expert, you’ll be the first real human our healthcare professionals (HCPs) connect with after signing up. You’ll guide them, cheer them on, solve blockers, and help them take their first step to making a difference.
Make ~75 outbound welcome calls daily to new professionals who signed up the day before.
Host ~7 15-minute onboarding consultations (pre-booked by professionals).
Send follow-up emails and texts to answer questions and ensure no one is left behind.
Respond to inbound messages and support tickets.
Keep clear documentation of all interactions.
Be thego-to guide and trusted partner—helping healthcare professionals feel confident, supported, and ready to take their first shift.
You enjoy talking to people, helping them succeed, and solving small challenges every day.
You’re comfortable making calls and love building rapport quickly.
You speak and write English clearly and professionally.
You’re organized, follow through on tasks, and don’t let things slip.
You’re curious, resourceful, and always looking for the root cause of a problem.
You’re quick with tools and not afraid to learn new systems.
Experience in inside sales, onboarding, or customer support is a plus—but not required. If you’re a quick learner with great communication skills, we want to hear from you.
