Customer Onboarding Specialist (Remote Contract)

As part of our mission to deliver exceptional service, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Onboarding Specialist to ensure our clients are successfully integrated and fully capable of utilizing our platform to its fullest potential.

What you will do

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will act as the bridge between Voxr and our clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of our AI communication tools within their existing operational frameworks. Your role will be crucial in setting up and customizing our system according to each client’s needs, particularly focusing on CRM integration and user training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Master Voxr products and CRM requirements.
  • Collaborate with new clients to complete the intake form and gather essential data.
  • Configure and customize the Voxr system based on client needs.
  • Migrate their legacy CRM data to our modern CRM when necessary, ensuring accurate setup.
  • Educate clients on effective use of the Voxr system and assist in campaign setups.
  • Provide first-line support and gather feedback for product development.
  • Ensure client success through regular follow-ups and proactive support.
Qualifications:
  • Soft Skills:
    • Effective listener and communicator, able to interpret client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
    • Conflict resolution skills to manage and resolve issues efficiently and diplomatically.
    • Cultural sensitivity to engage effectively with a diverse client base.
    • Strong collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proven experience in customer service or client onboarding, preferably within a technology or CRM-focused role.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage clients.
  • Robust problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to learn and grow within a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.
  • Empathetic understanding and patience to manage diverse client needs and expectations.
