Job summary

Consolidated Chassis Management, LLC in Savannah, GA is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to onboard newly registered motor carriers and serve as the first point of contact for the South Atlantic Chassis Pool (SACP).

You will support Fleet Administration, Field Operations, and corporate teams by delivering accurate information and guiding carriers through registration, booking, and invoicing processes at CCM’s local office.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior working experience in Intermodal/Shipping is preferred.
• Superb administrative skills, including document administration and file maintenance.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and self-starting attitude.

Responsibilities

• Onboard newly registered motor carriers and be the first contact for SACP customers.
• Provide carriers with documentation on CCM’s booking system and registration process.
• Explain the invoicing process to carriers and manage registration questions.
• Verify carrier details, DOT safety status, and SACP pool chassis assignments.
• Process carrier applications and ensure timely completion of requirements.
• Provide reports and KPIs on registration progress.
• Support Fleet Administration, Field Operations, and Corporate teams.
