Job summary

Consolidated Chassis Management, LLC (CCM) is seeking a results-driven Motor Carrier Sales Representative to drive new business development and client excellence within the intermodal logistics sector. You will report to the Director of Motor Carrier Sales and lead commercial activities to expand CCM’s brand and product offering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Transportation/Intermodal/Logistics
• Excellent negotiation and contract structuring abilities
• Proven ability to drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing
• Ability to position CCM products against current tools in use
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-excellence orientation
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Revenue growth: meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads and closing deals
• Manage key Motor Carrier client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Lead contract negotiations with favorable terms for CCM
• Represent CCM at industry events and client meetings to generate opportunities
• Monitor budgets and maintain cost-effective operations
