Onboarding at Nava: The RoleThe Onboarding team sits on the front lines of our mission, helping clients go live with confidence and clarity while setting them up for long-term success. It’s where we build trust, deliver early wins, and lay the operational foundation for everything that follows. Our team works across tools, teams, and systems to bring each client online with speed and precision.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll lead each client through this journey: managing timelines, collecting and validating data, configuring systems, and coordinating with teams across Nava to ensure a smooth, high-quality launch. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who thrives in structured environments, sweats the details, and earns trust through clarity, consistency, and thoughtful execution.
You’ll also bridge the gap between inputs and outcomes, explaining each request in context and showing how it fuels the workflows and automations that power Nava’s platform
