bswift is seeking an Implementation Delivery Lead to guide system development and client support for integration partners. This role encompasses managing timelines, conducting integrations, and enhancing client satisfaction in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Candidates should possess a degree in a related field and have significant hands-on experience in account management.
Implementation Delivery Lead - Integration Partners
The Implementation Delivery Lead will help support system and integration development and testing for Integration Partner implementations. The Implementation Delivery Lead is directly responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our best-in-class HR software and services.
Responsibilities for an Implementation Delivery Lead may change based on client and project needs. The roles may include, but are not limited to, the below.
Implementation Project Support
1. Work with the Implementation Leader to manage Implementation kick-off meetings, requirements discussions and status meetings with clients and partners
2. Manage timelines through managing client expectations, anticipating possible issues and communicating turnaround times with reasonable delivery dates
3. Perform analysis and configure system and integrations as needed and lead the team with other bswift resources (product management, EDI) to meet contract deliverables.
4. Work with the Implementation Team to analyze vendor and integration requirements and conduct integration testing with SSOs, APIs, web services, and vendor interface files.
5. Document, develop, and maintain product playbooks for integration partners.
6. Ongoing Integration Partnership management. Responsibilities differ amongst integration partners, but may include leading ongoing calls, managing open items log and project plans, troubleshooting client and partner questions, assisting on implementations, managing escalations, release regression testing of connections, and creating and maintaining documentation.
7. Continuously refine and improve efficiency of implementation and ongoing processes and proactively identify and mitigate project risks
Client Team Support
1. Act as a coach and mentor for others on Channel Partner team
2. Research and resolve client inquiries regarding system and process issues, and test system enhancements based upon client needs
3. Help triage client issues and proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve client goals
· 4-year degree in related field, or equivalent experience
· 3+ years’ experience in account management
· Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
· Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment.
· Must be able to quickly sort through complex subject material
· Strong analytical skill-set and ability to effectively use data for strategy
· Proficiency in Excel, VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables is required
· Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS or related software

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $65,000-$79,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
