Job summary

Renaissance Alliance Insurance Services seeks a client-focused Onboarding Consultant to support a structured, timely onboarding experience for new member agencies. You will coordinate activities, collect materials, and ensure stakeholders stay informed throughout the onboarding journey.

You will develop implementation plans, track milestones, address risks, and drive continuous improvement in onboarding practices while aligning with contractual commitments and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, agencies, and documentation requests simultaneously.
• Comfortable communicating with external agency contacts and internal business partners.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, trackers, shared files, and workflow or ticketing systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues that require escalation.
• Insurance, agency operations, onboarding, customer service, or administrative coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with AMS360 or other Broker Management Systems preferred (EPIC, Hawksoft,QQ).
• Insurance agency experience or working knowledge of insurance industry concepts strongly preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and a desire to develop a career in sales leadership.
• Relational—confident, friendly, respectful, and approachable.
• Adaptable and resilient with problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements by developing and managing implementation plans and milestones.
• Guide agencies through onboarding requirements, processes, systems, and available services.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align resources and ensure successful integration.
• Monitor progress, track readiness, and address risks and obstacles proactively.
• Provide timely communication and issue resolution throughout the onboarding journey.
• Analyze onboarding performance and feedback to improve effectiveness and satisfaction.
• Champion continuous improvement of onboarding methodologies and tools.
