Job summary

Brex is seeking an Implementation Consultant I in New York City. You’ll guide new customers through onboarding, helping them adopt Brex Empower, balancing empathy, project management, and technical configuration to set up for long-term success.

You’ll develop product knowledge, sharpen project management skills, and lay a foundation for a career in implementation consulting within a hybrid work model, with remote options up to four weeks per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Some exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings, manage agendas, capture notes, and track action items throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support customers in understanding their business needs and configuring Brex to address them.
• Manage straightforward stakeholder communication and assist with timelines and deliverables.
• Assist with spend migrations and end-user adoption during deployment.
• Introduce integration concepts and coordinate with Technical Consultants for complex integration.
• Coordinate handoffs between AE/CSE and CSM with basic documentation.
• Deliver change management templates and lead training sessions for go-live with supervision.
• Collaborate within the Implementation team and provide feedback to improve the client experience.
