Job summary

Brex is seeking an Implementation Consultant I on the Commercial team based in San Francisco. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration three days a week with remote work, helping onboarding for Brex Empower customers and turning them into power users.

You will organize meetings, translate business needs into configurations, support timelines, assist with migrations, and coordinate handoffs across teams to ensure successful go-lives and adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing SaaS experience, ideally in software implementation or consulting.
• Exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort working across technical and non-technical workstreams with guidance.
• Organized, detail-oriented with urgency to complete tasks.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-functional issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings: manage agendas, notes, action items, and set expectations across the implementation lifecycle.
• Help customers understand needs and configure Brex to address them, translating requirements into product configurations.
• Manage stakeholder communication and assist with timelines and deliverables to keep implementations on track.
• Assist with spend migrations and user adoption during deployment, enabling go-live readiness.
• Introduce integration concepts and provide guides for Brex connections; escalate to Technical Consultants when needed.
• Coordinate handoffs between AE/CSE and CSM; provide basic documentation for continuity.
• Deliver standard change management templates and lead training sessions with supervision for go-live.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team and provide feedback for process improvements.
