Job summary

Brex is seeking an Implementation Consultant I on the Commercial team to guide small to mid-size customers through their onboarding journey on Brex. You’ll develop product knowledge, sharpen project management skills, and lay the foundation for a career in implementation consulting.

You’ll work in a hybrid SF office, coordinating with cross-functional teammates, leading onboarding sessions, and helping customers achieve go-live readiness while expanding Brex’s trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS or consulting.
• Experience with project coordination or structured implementation work.
• Strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical workstreams with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and guide customers through Brex setup.
• Develop product knowledge and sharpen project management skills.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications to keep timelines on track.
• Support spend migrations and user adoption during deployment.
• Explain integration concepts and connect with Technical Consultants.
• Coordinate handoffs between AE/CSE and CSM.
• Deliver change management templates and lead training sessions.
• Collaborate with Implementation team and suggest process improvements.
