IEM is seeking an HR Coordinator to support end-to-end onboarding, pre-boarding, changes in employment, and offboarding processes for IEM-US. The role anchors in Shared Services and COE, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle.

The position requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills, with 3+ years in Staffing/HR. Spanish bilingual preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Staffing Coordinator or HR role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Solid understanding of labor market regulations and relevant legal frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and issue offer letters and onboarding documentation with accuracy.
• Coordinate and prepare new hire orientation sessions and resources.
• Manage onboarding data in HRIS systems and ensure timely updates.
• Monitor HR shared services inbox and respond to routine payroll, benefits, and policy inquiries.
• Assist in offboarding and changes in terms of employment processes.
