Service Titan Onboarding & Implementation Specialist – Pricebook, Inventory, Sales, Billing, and Field Training

Description:

We’re building a high-performance Service Titan consulting practice to support our growing portfolio of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Roofing companies as they implement and scale with Service Titan. Our executive team has 20+ years of experience implementing both Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

We’re seeking resources with significant Service Titan expertise, preferably with onboarding experience, and a well-rounded background in customer service, operations, sales, and technical workflows. This role is ideal for a former Service Titan onboarding specialist or a power user with hands-on implementation support experience across various company sizes—from small residential shops to multi-location commercial contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or assist with Service Titan onboarding and configuration for new clients
  • Build and manage detailed Pricebooks, including categories, services, and materials
  • Set up Estimates, Proposal Templates, and sales enablement tools
  • Design Inventory workflows, replenishment systems, and technician workflows
  • Support training of field technicians, CSRs, and office staff on core modules and best practices
  • Guide setup of Billing workflows, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Provide light technical support, troubleshooting, and data entry assistance
  • Optimize Customer Service Management, job booking, dispatch, and call flows
  • Collaborate to translate business processes into scalable Service Titan configurations

Desired Experience:

- Service Titan onboarding or power-user background (required)

- Experience with Customer Service Management in Service Titan

- Deep familiarity with HVAC and plumbing workflows

- Understanding of sales operations, estimate configuration, and upsell logic

- Proficiency in billing, invoicing, and financial workflows within Service Titan

- Comfort with data entry, bulk uploads, and account cleanup

- Technical support or internal admin experience is a strong plus

- Experience working with both residential and commercial service businesses

Preferred Skills:

  • Workflow documentation or SOP creation
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or accounting integrations
  • Experience with multi-location or enterprise-level Service Titan accounts
  • Comfortable delivering training/support via Zoom or recorded modules
