Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Cincinnati is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to lead engaging onboarding experiences for new employees. You will connect new hires to our culture, support diverse onboarding sessions, and partner with various departments to ensure a smooth transition.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and has experience in facilitation or training. You will play a crucial role in improving onboarding processes and enhancing employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in facilitation, onboarding, public speaking or training.
• Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional onboarding experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging virtual onboarding sessions for audiences of 500 new hires across 60+ office locations.
• Create meaningful onboarding experiences that connect new employees to our culture and their team.
• Serve as the go-to resource for new hires, answering questions about culture, training, HR and systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and drive a best-in-class employee experience.
