Sheridan Memorial Hospital in Wyoming seeks a dedicated New Employee Experience Coordinator to ensure a seamless onboarding journey for all new hires, from entry-level staff to clinicians, including health screenings and orientation.

Collaborating with Human Resources, Employee Health, Education, and IT, you will guide new employees through pre-employment steps, enrollment, and training on organizational systems while fostering a welcoming culture aligned with the hospital’s values.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service or related experience.
• Minimum 1 year hospital/healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Central Registry is required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor all onboarding activities from offer acceptance through orientation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for new hires during onboarding, health screening, and orientation.
• Assist employees with employment paperwork, benefits enrollment, and onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate communication among candidates, hiring managers, HR staff and departments to ensure timely onboarding tasks.
• Maintain onboarding progress and facilitate compliance with health screening and vaccination requirements.
