Job summary

Horizon3.ai in the United States is seeking a Customer Onboarding Engineer with 5+ years of enterprise experience to own a customer’s first 30 days, guiding from sales handoff to production deployment of the NodeZero platform.

You will work across cloud, Linux, networking, containers, identity, and security, diagnose issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and write knowledge-base content for Support. Collaboration across teams is essential for successful go‑live.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical support, systems administration, cloud operations, or equivalent enterprise role.
Background in cybersecurity, including threat detection, encryption, and compliance.
Strong Linux administration and container experience (Docker/Kubernetes).
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and IaC tools (Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation).
Familiarity with RBAC, SSO (OAuth/SAML), and directory services (AD/LDAP).

Responsibilities

Own the onboarding for new customers and manage the 30‑day plan.
Diagnose and resolve implementation failures across cloud, networking, and security.
Work in Linux production environments and manage containerized workloads.
Configure identity paths (RBAC, SSO) and apply NodeZero expertise for initial tests.
Collaborate with CS, Engineering, Product, and Sales to unblock issues.
