Job summary

Velocity Technologies is seeking an Onboarding Engineer to lead discovery, documentation, access transfer, and first-month alignment for new clients in Tempe. You will collect licensing, network, endpoint, and backup details, and document environments to enable the service desk, NOC, and engineers to work from reliable information.

• Ability to find gaps without creating client panic or internal confusion.
• Strong checklist discipline and handoff communication.
