Job summary

• Strong checklist discipline and handoff communication.

• Lead discovery, documentation, access transfer, endpoint and identity review for new clients.
• Collect and validate details for licensing, network, endpoint, server, backups, and Microsoft 365.
• Document environments to enable service desk, NOC, and systems engineers to work from reliable information.
• Identify gaps in MFA, backups, admin access, endpoint coverage, patching, and firewall ownership.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks, communication, and handoffs across Velocity teams.
• Prepare first-month findings for standards alignment and roadmap planning.
