Job summary
MilliporeSigma is seeking an IPS Excellence Manager to drive measurable performance by translating the IPS roadmap into structured, actionable initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional processes, lead forecasting cycles, and advance Lead‑to‑Cash and digitalization efforts within Life Sciences.
The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making, designing reporting frameworks, and partnering with Product Managers and Portfolio Heads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years in biopharma or related field with 3+ years in product/portfolio management, business analysis, finance, or related function.
- Experience with data analysis and performance tracking is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recurring business processes including Business Reviews, revenue tracking, financial forecasting, strategy development and long-range planning.
- Collaborate with Strategic Product Managers, Portfolio Heads and key partners to translate the strategy into actionable initiatives.
- Design dashboards and reporting frameworks to translate performance data into actionable decisions.
- Advise IPS Leadership Team and support cross‑functional projects to improve processes and outcomes.
