Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in training, learning & development, or a related role.
• Experience delivering training across multiple departments; manufacturing exposure a plus.
• Proven ability to design and deliver hands-on technical training across departments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry-specific compliance requirements.
• Understanding of shop math and the ability to read blueprints and specs.
• Strong organizational skills, including managing training records and certifications.
• Excellent communication and ability to train across varying experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing skills/ compliance training across the organization.
• Deliver structured onboarding for new employees, including safety protocols and policies.
• Administer internal assessments and evaluate new hire readiness.
• Design and deliver ongoing training to reinforce quality workmanship and job proficiency.
• Maintain OSHA and regulatory-compliant training curricula.
• Track training records, certifications, and renewal schedules.
• Coordinate training for new equipment, tooling, processes with engineering and ops.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on results.
• Maintain training materials and SOPs across departments.
