Job summary

SIMPLY STAFFED is seeking a Training Manager in Waterloo, IA to lead onboarding and ongoing skills and compliance training across the organization. The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and regulatory adherence.

You will partner with department leaders to tailor training, deliver hands-on programs for production roles, and maintain training records to ensure audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/education/business or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in training, learning & development or a related role.
• Experience delivering training across multiple departments; familiarity with production processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing skills training across the organization.
• Partner with department leaders to design role-specific training timelines.
• Deliver structured onboarding covering safety protocols and company policies.
• Develop and maintain compliance curricula including OSHA requirements.
• Track training records and renewals for audit readiness.
