Job summary

Cuyahoga DD is seeking two Supervisors to lead onboarding, training, and professional development for Support Administrators, ensuring person-centered service delivery. You will supervise probationary staff, deliver coaching, and evaluate performance while serving as a subject matter expert on Ohio rules and agency quality standards.

You will collaborate with SSA leadership to establish onboarding processes, training curricula, and practice standards, and you will oversee regulatory compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Social Work, Psychology or related area.
• Three years of Cuyahoga DD experience or five years of DD experience.
• Some supervisory experience in a related field preferred or substantial professional experience in service coordination.
• Eligibility for State Department of DD SSA Supervisor certification with certification occurring within state statute time lines.
• Valid State of Ohio driver’s license and continued maintenance of excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the probationary period of newly hired Service and Support Administrators.
• Provide intensive coaching, mentoring, observation, and feedback to new hires.
• Develop probationary benchmarks, competency assessments, and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with SSA Manager of Training and Compliance and leadership to improve SA practices and onboarding.
• Hire, train and develop Support Administrators and assign caseloads.
• Provide training on Medicaid, Medicaid Waivers and SSA functions; oversee enrollment and redetermination processes.
