Job summary

CSC is reorganising its onboarding function into a global Client Lifecycle Management model. The Onboarding & Client Lifecycle Manager is the single accountable owner for onboarding from initiation through activation, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and ensuring KYC/AML readiness and controls.

This hybrid, full-time role will expand to support periodic reviews, trigger events, client maintenance, and offboarding while aligning with local market practice and CSC's client-centric approach.

Qualifications

  • Experience in onboarding, client lifecycle management, KYC/AML, operations, corporate services, fund administration, banking, or related financial services environment.
  • Working knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD, sanctions screening, FATCA, CRS, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex onboarding cases, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and deliver outcomes across competing dependencies.
  • Strong attention to detail, data quality discipline, and ability to maintain clear evidence, approvals, decisions, and audit trails.
  • Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills, including confident escalation management.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding cases end-to-end from initiation through activation with a clear plan, actions, owners, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with Relationship Management, KYCS/KYC Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive progress and remove blockers.
  • Create, maintain, and update onboarding workflow and client pre-active status in relevant systems for governance and reporting.
  • Manage onboarding documentation packs and jurisdictional requirements including FATCA/CRS.
  • Initiate KYCS/KYC engagement with complete case files and required documentation.
  • Review KYCS/KYC outputs, identify gaps, obtain missing information, and maintain audit trails.
  • Coordinate enhanced due diligence and remediation actions with Compliance, MLRO, KYCS, and Relationship Management.
  • Prepare risk acceptance and approval packs for medium-high risk onboarding with clear decisions and conditions.
  • Log, track, and evidences onboarding conditions, manage aging and escalations, ensure activation readiness before go-live.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own each onboarding case end-to-end from initiation through activation, maintaining a clear plan with actions, owners, dependencies, and timelines
  • Confirm onboarding scope, service requirements, contracting and service entities, and jurisdiction‑specific onboarding requirements
  • Coordinate Relationship Management, KYCS/KYC Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to drive progress and resolve blockers
  • Create, maintain, and accurately update the onboarding workflow and client pre‑active status in relevant systems to support governance and reporting
  • Own the onboarding documentation pack, including required jurisdictional documentation and FATCA/CRS information where applicable
  • Initiate KYCS/KYC engagement with a complete and well‑structured case file, including CDD documentation where required
  • Review KYCS/KYC outputs, challenge gaps or inconsistencies, obtain missing information, maintain a clear audit trail, and support quality assurance
  • Coordinate enhanced due diligence (EDD) and remediation actions (including adverse media review) in partnership with Compliance, MLRO, KYCS, and Relationship Management
  • Prepare or coordinate risk acceptance and approval packs for medium‑or‑high‑risk onboarding, capturing risk ratings, decisions, conditions, and approval evidence
  • Log, track, and evidence all onboarding conditions (owner, due date, dependency), manage ageing and escalations, and confirm activation readiness prior to go‑live
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in onboarding, client lifecycle management, KYC/AML, operations, corporate services, fund administration, banking, or a related financial services environment
  • Working knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD, sanctions screening, beneficial ownership, FATCA, CRS, and relevant local regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex onboarding cases, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and deliver outcomes across competing dependencies
  • Strong attention to detail, data quality discipline, and ability to maintain clear evidence, approvals, decisions, and audit trails
  • Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills, including confident escalation management

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to team members on KYC procedures and regulatory awareness.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for KYC services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly in the areas of KYC and AML.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with case management tools and techniques is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
