Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Field Operations Associate (Onboarding Associate) in Virginia Beach. You will manage onboarding documents, background checks, drug tests, and compliance to ensure contractors are cleared to start, while providing strong front-line customer service.

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $20.19 with a potential annual bonus of $4,000, plus medical/dental/vision, HSA & 401k, and 20 days of paid time off plus holidays. Parental/family leave is also offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Customer or sales focused experience
• Experience in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet and update the Candidate Tracker until contractor is cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents, expired compliance).
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and directory.
