Job summary

Disney Cruise Line seeks a youth programs leader to oversee daily operations across youth spaces aboard our ships. You will manage schedules, staff development, and program quality to ensure exceptional guest experiences and safety.

The role requires 4+ years in a high-volume child care setting and 3+ years in management, with willingness to live at sea and work a demanding schedule. A related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four years of recent experience in a high-volume child care operation.
• Three years of current or previous management experience leading a large team.
• Degree in related field preferred.
• Excellent guest service, presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to live and work onboard a Disney vessel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation and guest/crew experiences for Youth spaces.
• Lead Youth Activities team across venues including It’s A Small World Nursery, Oceaneer’s Club/Lab, Edge and Vibe.
• Manage schedules, personnel files, performance reviews and training.
• Ensure policy compliance and budget/inventory control.
• Address guest concerns and monitor program quality onboard.
