Margaritaville at Sea is seeking an Assistant Shorex Manager to oversee daily shore excursion operations aboard our cruise ships. You will support the Shore Excursion Manager, drive revenue through tours, and ensure high guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong English communication, ship experience preferred, and a focus on safety and operational excellence. Join a crew-focused team with opportunities for training, supervision, and stepping in for the Shore Excursion Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Relevant ship experience preferred.
• Good level of English.
• Ship experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests and crewmembers.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell shore excursions, classes, and retail products to maximize revenue.
• Provide accurate and detailed information to guests regarding tour offerings.
• Upsell and upgrade excursions to increase per-person spend.
• Monitor tour availability and manage waitlists and dispatch with local operators.
• Assist guests with special requests and resolve complaints professionally.
• Oversee excursion dispatch and liaise with tour operators; ensure safety and service standards.
• Operate Fidelio/Cruise Manager for booking, tracking and reporting.
• Perform administrative duties including ticket control and inventory.
