Job summary

Margaritaville at Sea invites applications for Cruise Staff to ensure guests have a fun and memorable vacation aboard our ships. You will host activities, help with entertainment, and deliver outstanding guest service with high energy and a passion for a positive experience.

You will collaborate with the Entertainment Director and other departments to coordinate events, support live performances, and help create unforgettable moments for guests across all onboard venues.

Qualifications

• Good level of English is required.
• Relevant ship experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with guests and crewmembers.

Responsibilities

• Host onboard activities, including games, trivia, karaoke, and themed events.
• Assist in organizing and executing entertainment programs and social gatherings.
• Engage with guests to enhance their onboard experience and provide excellent guest service.
• Coordinate with the Entertainment Director and other departments to plan events.
• Support theatre productions, deck parties, and live performances as needed.
• Ensure guest safety during activities and represent the Margaritaville brand enthusiastically.

As a Cruise Staff, you are a member of the entertainment team and will be responsible for ensuring guests have a fun, engaging, and memorable vacation. You will host activities, assist with entertainment, and provide outstanding guest service. This role requires high energy, adaptability, and a passion for creating a positive guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Host and facilitate onboard activities, including games, trivia, karaoke, and themed events.


• Assist in organizing and executing entertainment programs and social gatherings.


• Engage and interact with guests to enhance their onboard experience.


• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests.


• Work closely with the Entertainment Director and other departments to coordinate events.


• Support theater productions, deck parties, and other live performances as needed.


• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during activities and events.


• Represent the Margaritaville brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

REQUIEREMENTS:

• Minimum 21 years old


• Relevant ship experience is preferred


• Good level of English language


• Ship experience is preferred


• Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
