Job summary

Hornblower Group is seeking a capable Server to provide hospitality onboard our vessels in Washington, DC. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure safety and service standards are met.

Candidates should have high-volume restaurant experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and major holidays. Training on the RESPECT system will be provided and safety protocols must be followed onboard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift heavy items and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers as per service systems.
• Greet guests and serve food and beverages in a timely fashion.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all service areas.
• Assist with seating and guest information.
