Job summary

Hornblower Group's City Cruises US division seeks a personable Server to provide beverage and dining service aboard our vessels. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure hospitality standards in a fast-paced marine environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year in a high-volume restaurant; ability to lift heavy items; strong customer service and teamwork; flexible schedule including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience in high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve food and beverages.
• Take orders accurately and enter into POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of dining areas.
• Provide information on menus, cruise routes and entertainment.
• Handle payments and provide hospitality with RESPECT standards.
• Support with seating guests and assisting team as needed.
