Hornblower Group is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional food, beverage and hospitality service aboard our scenic passenger vessel. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve with a professional attitude, and help create a memorable onboard experience with skyline views.

Shifts include nights, weekends and holidays; the role requires standing, stair navigation, and lifting up to 40 pounds, with safety training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous high-volume restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive, team-focused attitude.
• Must meet minimum state age requirements.
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and process payments accurately.
