Job summary

OSM Thome Limited seeks a courteous Restaurant Attendant to support dining services onboard across room service, Windjammer, and other venues. You will handle orders, garnish plates, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while delivering exceptional guest interactions.

Requirements include 2+ years in F&B service, high school diploma, and familiarity with USPH guidelines. English proficiency and willingness to train are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food and/or beverage service.
• Familiarity with buffet and room service items and standards.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Follow HACCP and USPH guidelines.
• Completion of Ben & Jerry’s scooping/presentation procedure (when applicable).
• Internal candidates must meet Career Eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Rotational service delivery across dining and room service venues.
• Deliver meals to staterooms promptly and professionally.
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance per USPH and company regulations.
• Assist in setting tables, replacing linens, and clearing dishes.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and safety drills.
• Follow ServSafe alcohol service guidelines and ensure responsible beverage service.
• Support teammates and provide guidance to junior colleagues.
• Resolve guest issues and offer alternatives.
