Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in full-service settings.
• Experience cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Familiar with food safety standards.
• Problem solving, organizational skills, and self-motivation required.
• Effective leadership and time-management abilities essential.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and a background check.
• TWIC credential and ability to work onboard.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Executive Chef/Sous Chef to prepare meals from fresh ingredients.
• Organize workload to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Produce high-quality dishes following established menus.
• Adhere to guests' dietary requests and safety standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and discipline during shifts.
• Communicate effectively with the culinary team during service.
• Ensure timely preparation of meals and compliance with safety rules.
• Support in emergency procedures on board as needed.
