Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in full-service settings.
• Experience cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Familiar with food safety standards.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and self-motivation skills.
• Proven leadership and time-management abilities.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• TWIC credential.
• Ability to work on board for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Produce diversified meals with Executive Chef/Sous Chef.
• Organize workload to ensure efficient kitchen processes.
• Prepare high-quality dishes following the menu.
• Adhere to dietary requests.
• Maintain order and discipline in the kitchen.
• Uphold hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ensure meals are prepared quickly and deliciously.
• Enforce food and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers.
