Qualifications

• Two to five years of Learning and Development experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Prior experience in the cruise industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding learning programs and ensure effective delivery.
• Support supervisory and leadership development through active coaching.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and suggest improvements.
