Job summary

Sira Consulting is seeking an experienced EDMS Delivery Project Manager to lead complex OnBase implementations within large scale Medicaid programs. You will drive multi-vendor coordination, establish schedules, and ensure delivery on time, budget, and scope.

You will partner with state clients and internal leaders, manage RAID logs, governance, and status reporting, and mentor delivery teams to achieve milestones under regulatory and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience
• Leadership of large, complex, multi-vendor software delivery initiatives
• Strong track record delivering projects on time and on budget
• Experience with Medicaid, MMIS, or public sector healthcare systems

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex EDMS projects (OnBase) across a multi-vendor ecosystem
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules with critical path analysis
• Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders with clear metrics
• Manage RAID logs, scope, schedule, and cost with formal change control
• Coordinate delivery across workstreams, vendors, and functional teams
• Partner with state clients and internal leaders to plan and deliver system changes
