Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to drive Agile delivery of Medicaid initiatives across multiple lines of business. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize work, remove obstacles, and ensure on-time, within-scope project completion.

You will mentor peers, promote accountability, and lead process improvements to optimize performance and outcomes in a fast-paced health care environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in delivery management, program management, project management and agile leadership with Scrum expertise.
• 5+ years in healthcare claims processing including adjudication, payment and rework operations.
• 2+ years presenting at executive level using PowerPoint and facilitating meetings.
• 2+ years delivering complex projects on time and within scope with strong execution.
• 2+ years driving innovation, digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
• 2+ years implementing agile practices in cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years experience with multiple software delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex Medicaid initiatives across lines of business.
• Drive end-to-end delivery ensuring projects are on time, in scope, and measurable.
• Identify and resolve delivery obstacles and risks, removing barriers to execution.
• Monitor performance metrics, use data to optimize processes and accountability.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate goals into actionable plans.
• Lead process improvements and root cause analyses to ensure repeatable success.
• Provide practice leadership and mentorship to fellow delivery practitioners.
