CVS Health is seeking an accomplished Delivery Manager to lead the Medicaid initiatives portfolio, driving end-to-end delivery across multiple business lines with a focus on process improvement, risk management, and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders, mentor project managers, and apply agile practices (Scrum/SAFe) to ensure timely, within-scope results while upholding high standards for quality and accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in delivery/program/project management with Agile leadership and Scrum expertise.
• 5+ years in healthcare claims processing or related field.
• 2+ years creating executive-level presentations and facilitating meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of Medicaid initiatives across multiple business lines.
• Drive end-to-end Medicaid projects to on-time, in-scope completion with measurable results.
• Identify and mitigate delivery obstacles and risks proactively.
• Monitor metrics, use data to optimize processes and accountability.
• Collaborate with business/tech partners to translate goals into plans and deliverables.
• Lead process improvements and root-cause analysis for repeatable success.
• Implement best practices for efficiency across workstreams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to delivery practitioners.
