Job summary

RiseIT Solutions is seeking an OnBase Developer in New Jersey to design and implement ECM solutions. You will work on full lifecycle projects, build integrations with OnBase APIs, and create robust reports and data interfaces. Strong SDLC experience and Oracle SQL skills are essential for success.

The role requires collaboration with IT staff to ensure smooth production go-lives and ongoing maintenance, with opportunities to advance technical expertise in Hyland OnBase tools and integrations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as a developer working with OnBase.
• Experience in full lifecycle projects leveraging SDLC including waterfall and agile.
• Experience in configuration and setup of ECM document imaging, document management, document import processing, workflow, electronic forms (html, unity) and reporting modules.
• Familiarity configuring and supporting OnBase API, C# and/or VBScript within an ECM solution design.
• Ability to use SQL scripting for the creation of reports or database queries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical requirements and solution design based on functional requirements.
• Deliver assigned projects covering full life-cycle from development to production go-live.
• Maintain/refine existing content management solutions to meet future service requirements including document imaging, advanced capture, document/content management, and workflow.
• Build reports leveraging Hyland Report Services and Reporting Dashboards or write custom SQL scripts against OnBase Oracle database for support and administration.
• Develop interfaces between OnBase and other applications using Hyland’s Unity toolkit, API/web services, and/or custom integration applications.
• Differentiate configuration between controlled environments and migrate changes through the development lifecycle per dev/ops procedures.
• Provide back-up for administration and maintenance of the ECM application; develop automation tools with the administrator.
