Overview

Optomi, in partnership with a Big 4 Consulting Firm, is seeking an OnBase Developer to support SAP Integrations. The OnBase Developer will serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME), responsible for the implementation, configuration, administration, and ongoing support of the OnBase platform, with a specialized focus on integrating OnBase with SAP systems.

This role requires hands-on experience with OnBase installation, upgrade, and maintenance, as well as a deep understanding of its architecture, key modules (Workflow, Document Imaging), and integration best practices for SAP environments.

Responsibilities

Minimum of 5 years of OnBase experience with 2 to 3 years of OnBase and SAP Integration experience.
Install, configure, and manage OnBase environments, including server and client components.
Design and implement OnBase solutions leveraging Workflow and Document Imaging modules.
Configure and manage OnBase SAP Connector and ArchiveLink for integration with SAP S/4HANA.
Develop automated workflows integrating OnBase with SAP S/4HANA business processes (e.g., invoice processing, HR records).
Enable seamless document archiving and retrieval from SAP Fiori apps using OnBase.
Perform OnBase administration, including user management, security roles, and system monitoring.
Troubleshoot and resolve OnBase and SAP S/4HANA integration issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Collaborate with SAP Basis and functional teams to enable secure, reliable data exchange between OnBase and SAP S/4HANA / Fiori.
